About the Conference

The EuroNGOs- The European NGOs for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Population and Development is a regional network of Europe-based NGOs that promotes sexual and reproductive health and rights in development cooperation and global policy. Every year, Euro NGOs organises an annual two-day conference bringing together like minded leaders working on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). The conference will discuss a range of subjects through various activities and sessions from significant speakers that tackle and provoke significant discussions within SRHR. The aims of the conference are there to provide a place for stakeholders from various societies and organisations to evaluate and discuss the progresses that were made over the past year. The conference also provides a place for discussions on projects, joint advocacy and activities that can help develop an SRHR agenda. This two-day dialogue will allow participants to assess the progress made over the last year whilst implementing the SRHR agenda at the domestic and international levels with the key challenges learnt, and to also identify the ways in which the SRHR communities can work together within human rights groups and other actors with linking interests such as LGBT, Environment or Migration movements. Therefore, the conference will help set up a 2019 SRHR agenda for Europe in which the partnership, it’s members and allies can implement and act on.
